Fundamentals of Athletic Strength

This 4 session class will consist of learning the fundamentals of strength training as it pertains to a sporting environment. Many sport movements are dependent upon an established strength base. Athletes will learn exercises designed to strengthen the patterns used in athletic movement. Time will be taken to not only learn but to practice upper and lower body strength movements. Ages 12-14 January 11-19 Ages 15-17 January 25-February 2 Wednesdays & Thursdays 5:45-6:30pm Nampa Rec Center Member $15, Non-Member $34
