Free Tobacco Cessation classes are offered through the district by the individuals listed under the "Contacts for Classes" column on the right. These classes are supported by Idaho Tobacco Millennium monies. Most classes meet multiple times and cover the following topics: •Nicotine addiction and habit •Consequences of tobacco use •Information and tips on how to quit •Dealing with withdrawal symptoms •Managing stress through relaxation techniques •Avoiding weight gain •Social supports •How to become a non-tobacco user for good!
