Kendo-Japanese Fencing
Description:
Kendo-Japanese Fencing Kendo is a Japanese Martial Art practiced by men and women ages 10 & up. Kendo is a fun activity that promotes physical, mental and cultural learning. Come try a 12 week beginners' session that will cover the basic procedures of Kendo which introduces students to use of the bamboo shinai, proper strikes, and movement. Cost does not include $25 equipment fee, payable to instructor at first class.
January 10 - March 28 Thursdays, 6:30-8pm Nampa Rec Center Member $30, Non-Member $40
April 4 - June 20 Thursdays, 6:30-8pm Nampa Rec Center Member $30, Non-Member $40
