Trailhead ABC will host Harvest Homecoming Dance for individuals with disabilities at the Caldwell YMCA
A special “Harvest Homecoming Dance” will be held for Individuals with disabilities, ages 14 years and older, from 6-9 p.m., Saturday, September 21 at the Caldwell YMCA, 3720 Indiana Avenue. Trailhead ABC, a local non-profit organization that provides training and support to people with disabilities and their families, is organizing and sponsoring the dance. Admission is free to all attendees and all accompanying support staff, and the attire for the evening is casual street clothes. The evening will include music by Mac Daddy’s Mobile Music, snacks, refreshments, and drawings for gifts. Boise State University students will lead a variety of line dances, and Mrs. Boise America Angelina Metille and Miss Idaho Elementary Peyton Garcia will greet attendees as they arrive. Participants will be required to sign a YMCA waiver. Those 18 years old and older may sign for themselves and participants younger than 18 must have an adult guardian sign for them.
